Order Cancellations
We understand that plans may change, and cancellations may occasionally be required.
🟢 Immediate Cancellation (Before Shipment)
If you choose to cancel before your order has been shipped, we will process a refund after deducting a 5% payment processing and handling fee.
This fee covers unavoidable transaction costs charged by payment gateways and administrative processing.
🔵 Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not available, as the product would already be in transit.
Once delivered, the order becomes eligible only for replacement, and only if a valid issue is found.
Returns & Refunds
Since our products are fresh, consumable, and perishable, we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. In case:
- Product received is damaged or tampered
- Product packaging seal is broken at the time of delivery
- Wrong item received compared to order summary
- The product has a defect or quality issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the concern and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
